GoldSky Security is excited to formally announce that Jason Basye has been promoted to National Channel Manager. Jason will head up GoldSky Security’s National Channel and Partner business development efforts as the company continues to expand across North America.

Mr. Basye joined GoldSky Security in 2021 as a Cyber Security Consultant.  He has over 15 years of sales, business development, project management, and training & development experience in the IT and Information Security industries.  Jason’s passion for solving critical business problems and building successful long term client relationships begins with a thorough understanding of his client’s needs and presenting well defined solutions in easy-to-understand terms that enable his clients to make confident and informed decisions.

Jason has worked across various industries including banking, manufacturing, real estate, staffing, legal, high technology and telecommunications.  He has led large teams of sales reps, engineers, project managers, innovation teams, and C-level representatives through large-scale projects involving complex technologies and multi-million-dollar budgets.  He has also worked extensively with small-midsize businesses to evaluate and select the best technologies and security solutions, while containing cost and maximizing return on investment. “From day one, Jason excelled GoldSky’s sales efforts by generating over a million dollars in booked revenue within a seven month timeframe. We have no doubt he will excel in his new role as National Channel Manager”, said Ron Frechette, GoldSky Security CEO.

Prior to joining GoldSky, Jason worked within the Corporate IT sector for Boar’s Head where he led multiple critical IT projects including building out a best-in-class Information Security, Risk Management, and IT Governance program.  Prior to Boar’s Head, he worked in the telecommunications industry with Windstream, consulting with national and multi-national organizations on complex network, data center, and cloud solution projects.
